He has been engaged in clinical, teaching and scientific research work of Dermatology and venereal diseases for 35 years. He has been engaged in the medical and educational research of skin cosmetology, sexually transmitted diseases and hereditary skin diseases for a long time. He presided over one pre-research project of "973 Plan" and four projects on the surface of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As the main participants, he participated in the national "Ninth Five-Year Plan", "Tenth Five-Year Plan", "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", "863 Plan Project", "973 Plan Project" and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation. He won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the first prize of the Ministry of Education, the second prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award and the third prize of other provinces and ministries. He was awarded the Fourth Five Continents Women's Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Women's Medical Association, the first "Most Beautiful Doctor Award" in 2016, the "National Standard Soldier" in 2017 and the "Anhui Doctor's Excellent Achievement Award" in 2018.
